Introduction
Located on a scenic hillside campus just 12 miles from Cardiff , one of Europe's fastest growing cities, and with some of Britain's most stunning countryside on its doorstep, Glamorgan is the ideal location to live and study.
The university is approximately two and a half hours journey from London and with a train station right next to the campus is easily accessible from anywhere in the UK.
Cardiff is only a 20 minute train ride away and is renowned for its cultural, artistic and sporting life, as well as being an exciting centre for shopping, restaurants, theatres and cinemas.
The University is committed to pioneering new approaches to teaching and learning backed by substantial investment in new technology and academic support services, including our modern Learning Resources Centre and Unilang Multimedia Centre.
We have excellent sporting and recreational facilities on campus and were chosen to host the
British University Games in 2001. Other facilities on site include shops, restaurants, cash machines, Health Centre, Counselling and Advisory Centre, Employment Service, Play Centre, and a night club.
You will never be lost for something to do at Glamorgan - there are 47 clubs and societies on campus covering just about every activity imaginable.

In addition to degree courses, Glamorgan runs year round English language courses, an International Foundation Course, and a Pre-Masters Programme. Thus, they may be able to offer you a place even if you do not yet possess the required English level or standard academic entry requirement.
