Strategic Aims - Our Commitment

The commitment and priorities of the Wales International Consortium are expressed in a range of strategic and management documents:

Constitution:

The Wales International Consortium is governed by a legal Constitution, supported unanimously by its members to enable the Wales International Consortium to operate effectively and with transparency.

Strategic Plan:

The direction and priorities of the Wales International Consortium are defined and supported by the three year Strategic & Business Plan. The strategies are designed to benefit member institutions and to complement existing marketing and recruitment activities.
