Marketing
The marketing priorities of the Wales International Consortium are to:
- Promote all member institutions and recognise the collaborative strength of the Consortium
- Represent and promote the Wales International Consortium at an institutional, regional and international level
- Ensure that the Wales International Consortium is involved in relevant marketing and promotional events and hosts visits from international delegates
- Work in partnership with a range of companies and organisations to develop and implement the strategic priorities of the Wales International Consortium
- Support members in the application of market intelligence to develop relationships between the Wales portfolio of courses and development priorities in target countries.
- Work collaboratively with education providers to access potential marketing opportunities and provide comprehensive progression routes for international students
- Develop a range of education programmes providing access and progression routes into Wales higher education, at different points of entry.
- Develop suitable referral systems for international students and guarantee access to Wales higher education, at different points of entry.
- Raise awareness of the quality of the international student experience in Wales and prioritise in the development of marketing initiatives and activities
- Support the development of alumni involvement on a Wales wide basis in marketing and recruitment initiatives
- Develop quality productions and publications to support marketing initiatives
- Respond to Change : Develop marketing and
promotional strategies in relation to changes in international markets
