Wrexham 
The largest town in north Wales, Wrexham is set amongst Ceiriog Valley close to the spectacular Clywdian mountains and the majestic River Dee. Chester, Liverpool, Llangollen, Manchester, Shrewsbury and Snowdonia are all nearby. It is a lively town reflecting its student population of 3,000 with a vibrant music scene. Each year it plays host to the Wrexham Science Festival, one of the most successful festivals of its kind in the UK.
