Jia (Joy) Yihui (China), Phd in Business and Economics Joy Jia
Joy Jia, a PhD student in Swansea University's School of Business and Economics has been awarded a Doctoral Research Fellowship, worth over £40,000, by one of the world’s largest international risk and insurance brokers.
Ms Yihui (Joy) Jia, 30, is originally from Shanghai, China. She is a graduate in computer science from Tongji University, China, and subsequently achieved a distinction in her MSc in Management (Finance) at Swansea University in 2007.

No glass ceiling for MBA alumnus Sawsan Noor
Sawsan Noor
Batelco has recently announced the promotion of Sawsan Noor from the Company's Enterprise Division to the post of Head of Government Segment, one of the company's largest segments, which serves a significant number of Batelco's customers. Sawsan, who has served as Head of Major Accounts and International Business since 2008, has held a number of prominent roles throughout her working career and holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan in Wales.
