I am both a mature student and an international student. I waited until the time was right to continue my education and am incredibly grateful to Lampeter for supplying me with my perfect university. I was so glad when I came across the website - it seemed like the perfect place to learn and thrive in a different environment.
Both of my departments have excellent lecturers and my overall experience has been wonderful. I am intellectually challenged by both students and staff, who also provide excellent support. I couldn't imagine a better place to learn about people, culture, and religion. The small size of the university is a definite plus, and the surrounding area is pristine. The university is very supportive and friendly, and the town is really welcoming. The residents seem glad to have students here constantly, which makes me feel really welcome.
Though I missed my family, Lampeter is on of the most beautiful places I have ever lived in my life. I am now looking into possibly pursuing my postgraduate studies up to a doctoral level in Lampeter.
